This sauce tastes great on fruit salad, waffles, pancakes, grilled chicken, and light vanilla ice cream.
- 1 cup of mango dice
- 2 teaspoons of pineapple chunks
- two tablespoons of stevia sugar
- Coconut extract, 1/16 to 1/8 teaspoon
In a small food processor or blender, combine the mango, pineapple chunks, sugar, and coconut extract; process until the mixture is fairly smooth (about 15 seconds).
Sauce should be placed in a closed container and kept in the refrigerator until it is time to serve.
