Home Made Banana Smoothie

STEP 1

Blend: Full Cream milk, almond butter, cinnamon, and banana in a blender. Sprinkle peanut (If not allergic to) on it for further “craziness”.

STEP 2

Transfer to two bottles, refrigerate until ready to serve, or pack for a quick lunch. The smoothies may be stored in the refrigerator for two days.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500ml Full cream milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Quater cup of peanut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 small ripe banana
